Canon EF-M 15-45mm f/3.5-6.3 IS STM lens review with samples

Here's the newest kit lens that is sometimes packaged with Canon's EOS M mirrorless cameras (as such, it will not work on a digital SLR...well, not without an enormous amount of hacking). Is it any good, especially on the strenuous 24mp sensor of a Canon EOS M3?
