How to Fabricate FRONT Tube Steel Fender Flares for the Jeep XJ

It's time to swap out the winter tires and I decided to fit some 35's to my 1999 2.5TD Jeep Cherokee XJ on a 6.5" lift. I have already done some minimal trimming back when I ran 32's so I hoped that I didn't have to do much more to get them to fit.
The front however needed quite a lot of work to clear them and get them to function correctly and new fenders were required.
Before buying some new flares I decided to give fabricating Bushwacker Style Tube Steel Fender Flares a go. In this video I take you through the process of how I made the fenders.
