Q&A: Overcoming your Fear and Anxiety of Solo Overnight Camping

I was sent an email some months ago by a subscriber who could not bring himself to overnight camp in the wilderness. It's a huge subject that encompasses so many variables in environment, circumstance, fears, anxiety and ultimately facing yourself.
To some spending time overnighting in nature may seem like nothing but to others is a big deal that involves overcoming irrational and rational fears.
In this video I try to shed some light on some of the tools that can be used to overcome the unknown. I also share some of my own philosophies on what solo camping in the wilders has done for me and how being alone and dependant on yourself will only strengthen who you are and reduce diffuse your fears forever.
