As a bit of housekeeping, any issue with artifactig is duce to a setting I had on at first. it happens in a couple videos before I figure out the setting in OBS. That's causing it and it goes away. So it's not poor performance from my computer, nor is it poor from the game, it's that it was setting that was causing compression for whatever reason.
