We know how important strength training is. Not only in helping us look and feel better now but also for our future health and longevity. But sometimes it feels like there is always some sort of challenge in our way, inhibiting our progress and back pain can be one of these challenges.
There is a lot of reasons why we might be experiencing back pain. We could have a strain in a muscle or ligament, it might be a bulging or ruptured disk, a muscle imbalance or even arthritis.
One of the best things we can to aviod back pain or prevent a reoccurrence is regular exercise including strength training and mobility work. But if we have back pain how can we train? This is exactly what we are talking about today, training with back pain.
