We squat everyday in life, we can't sit in a chair without doing a squat. Many people still find doing a squat very challenging. So in this video was start at a very basic chair squat and work are way up to a couple of single leg variations that should challenge most of us to improve both our leg strength and mobility.
The single leg variations we will be doing are the split squat, the Bulgarian split squat and the shrimp squat.
