Cell Phones as Collectables or PM Recovery?

Old cell phones are great for precious metal recovery and very valuable in larger qty's but are they collectable?

I think not, There's such a large variety though so certainly would keep an enthusiastic collector busy for years.

But for me I think i'll scrap most out and maybe keep the 80 different nokia's and spare nokia 3210's & 3310's, as well as the variants of blackberry phones I have.
