Is This M44 Counter-Battery Cheating?

This replay is from 17 August 2023 on Karelia. The player Major_Nuisance in the Hummel was counter-batteried 3 times even though he relocated after each shot. One of the counter-battery shots was using a HEAT round. It failed because Major_Nuisance was aware that his position was being followed by the M44 player on the enemy team. The player's stats do not suggest that he has the skill to determine the exact location of a relocating Arty player UNLESS he is using a cheat mod which shows the location of the last shot.
