I discuss a recent policy from FIDE that would prevent guys from competing in the women's chess tournaments (but not from the open tournaments or the male tournaments), and how they copped a bit of backlash from the alphabet mafia as a result. Ironically, back in April, a male Kenyan player had pretended to be a female to compete but Africans don't do Clown World nonsense.
