McCarthy Keeps Promise Rescinds IRS Funding

Rep. Kevin McCarthy promised to to hold Biden's 87,000 IRS agents accountable and late on January 9, 2023, the House of Representatives voted to rescind over $70 billion to the IRS in the first bill under the 118th Congress. The Family and Small Business Taxpayer Protection Act passed on party lines with a 221-210 vote.
