Before the 2022 Midterm election Biden made BIG promises to get Gen Z votes with his (illegal) student loan bailout and a promise to codify Roe v Wade after the election, neither of which he will deliver and he knew it.

Joe Biden: "I don't think there's enough votes to codify [Roe] unless something happens unusual in the House."
