French President Macron told Biden that begging Saudi Arabia for more oil will not work, during their conversation at the G7 Summit in Germany on 6/26/2022.

Macron: I had a call with MBZ [Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed al_Nahyan, President of the United Arab Emirates] . . . increasing the production by . . . He told me two things. One, I am at the maximum, maximum. This is what he claims. Second, he told me . . . that Saudis can increase a little bit, 150 [thousand barrels per day] or a little bit more. They don't have a huge capacities at this stage, before six months time . . . The last one, the very last one, is about what we do about Russian oil . . .
