Fed-Protected Agitator In Jan 6 Attack - Ray Epps

In a House Judiciary Committee hearing on October 21, 2021, Rep. Thomas Massie (R-KY) questioned AG Merrick Garland about federal agents or assets present and agitating on January 5th and 6th at the Capitol. He shows video of Ray Epps instructing protesters to enter the U.S. Capitol building on January 5th, and who later shepherded crowds towards the Capitol on January 6th.
