Joe Collins For Congress

Joe Collins is running for Congress against Maxine Waters for California's 43rd district. He was born and raised in South Central Los Angeles.
Back then they used to say if you're a black man from the hood and you live to see 25 then you've made it. His mom moved his family out of L.A., when he got into high school to escape the gangs and violence, to give his sisters and Joe the best opportunity to be successful.
Joe joined the U.S. Navy after high school and served 13 and a half successful years.
He came home only to discover the awful conditions in Los Angeles. Very disappointedhe decided to run for against Maxine Waters for California's 43rd Congressional District. It's time to rebuild.
