A judge handling the former president's case in Atlanta has set bail at $200,000 (£157,000).

According to the agreement, Mr. Trump can remain free pending trial as long as he does not threaten or intimidate witnesses.

Mr. Trump has denied 13 accusations against him, including racketeering and making false statements.

He and the other 18 people charged in this case had been given until noon on Friday to appear at Fulton County Jail for processing.
