Show No Mercy Towards Evil!

Show no mercy towards evil for evil will show no mercy towards you. I have always known that Satan hates me and Jesus loves me. That truth has never been a doubt in my mind. I get that truth from the entirety of God’s Words and I get that reality from Romans 12:9, “Hate what is evil, cling to what is good”.

There are those in the world that profess that we can take examples like Jesus fulfilling the wishes of the demonic entity named Legion to be cast into pigs as a form of mercy or compassion… and thus, if Jesus could show mercy upon Legion, we ought to translate that forward into mercy towards others as if its equal.

It’s terribly dangerous to think that we ought to show any level of mercy upon demons and the works of Satan. John poignantly penned in his gospel that Jesus came to destroy the works of Satan (1 John 3:8). Listen to learn more…
