What's This Strange Sound?

The recordings were recorded 05/24/2023, and the strange sound therein (a loud hum) is very unusual, and I have no satisfying explanation for it. If you do, please leave a comment below! The strange sound was recorded at my home in rural Southern Missouri with my phone.
