I've been waiting 9 months for this true story to be brought to the surface. It is time and I wont go watch it in the theatre, but cant wait for it to come out on DVD. Tim Ballard quit his job to go over sea's and rescue children. He invented the Rescue Our Children , and operation underground railroad this movie is footage from some of their rescues.
