Should you be using Ice, a Chiller, or a chest Freezer for your DIY Cold Plunge?
What is the best way to chill or cool your water?
In this video, we will review all three options and pin point which is the best bang for the buck.
I personally love using a chiller, as it circulates the water and keeps the water a consistent temperature, where as ice is nice but it will eventually melt and there is no way to set a specific temp for your ice bath or cold plunge.
I personally dont like to recommend the chest freezer cold plunge option as there is a lot that can go wrong and plus, i like ice cream too much. (Thats what i use my chest freezer for)
