I see this from one side of the country to the other. Bad planning designs that GUARANTEE tree failures. I call it Deforestation By Design®. These trees were killed the moment they were planted. This kind of waste is foolish and avoidable. Professionals who work around trees often have no clue what they're doing or what trees need. It's time to change our ways or fire the designers.
