How to heal when you are a SRA Survivor ?

I am a SRA Survivor and I am sure that we can completely heal from these extreme abuses with the love and help from Jesus Christ.
It's important to talk to our alters (our dissociated parts) and to discover the mind control programmings inside of us in order to liberate them.
