Who is encouraging troubled gender-confused kids to run away & undergo medicalization & amputation?

It is bad enough that dark special interests are working to mentally and emotionally manipulate troubled young gender-confused young people to begin seeking "Gender Affirming Care"... the path toward sterilization and amputation. But, it is all the more diabolical when lawmakers within certain states are incentivizing such troubled teens to runaway and allow predatory Agenda-driven adult to groom the minor to the point to where they agree to be transported across state lines without their parents knowledge or consent, and be harbored in an undisclosed location, to begin the medicalization process. That is exactly what is happening in "Trans Sanctuary" states such as California and Maine.
