Trump to Tucker: In My Opinion MIKE PENCE had the ABSOLUTE RIGHT to send the vote to the legislators

and not just in his opinion. But if that is what he thinks, there's no case in DC. The prosecution has to prove he doesn't really think this. That's how insane these cases are.
