This is a 20 min booty / glutes workout that is part of the 2023 Hourglass Challenge. There's 18 booty exercises in this routine and you can follow this workout with or without weights.
If totally fine if you do not have any equipment. Just follow the low impact no equipment alternatives and familiarise yourself with the exercises and focus on your form. You can incorporate weights as you get stronger or when you manage to get them.
