Have you heard about the Carnivore Diet or Animal Based?
When you hear or think about the carnivore diet you probably think about a guy called the “Liver King” and think it’s not a diet that you can afford or attempt, and really what’s the benefits or the point of it anyway.
I’ve been curious try it. So I did.
