I’ve been an avid cold plunger for a little bit over 3 months now and I still get the question almost every day “why should I cold plunge?”
There are so many scientifically proven benefits, from reduced inflammation, increased circulation, pain relief, etc. but the main reason I find myself in the cold every single day is simple. It sucks!
When you purposely do something that sucks a lot happens to you and your way of thinking.
