I consider myself “somewhat of a health nut” and I have done intermittent fasting a thousand times, but I’ve never done a prolonged fast before.
I started hearing about some amazing results from 24, 36 and even 48 hour fasts, so I had to try it.

In this video, I document and go over my entire 36 hour fast. I let you into it all, including my activities and work, in real time. It includes my morning and night time bio hacking routines. I show you my sauna to cold plunge routine and some fun in between. I also show you the meal I ate to break my fast to ensure prolonged results and ketosis.
