Soldiers from the "Southern Front" clearly demonstrate one of the ways to inform the enemy about the surrender algorithm. The leaflets are neatly stacked and loaded into a 122mm campaign projectile. Then, as you guessed, a specially trained cannon of the appropriate caliber shoots such a red handsome man at positions with enemy infantry. The shell explodes at a height of 100-150 meters, and the leaflets fall on the positions of the "objects of information". In the text of the leaflets, they did not forget to mention the list of radio frequencies for communication on issues of organized surrender.
