Joe Biden took two weeks to get to Maui after the traffic fires that killed many people and destroyed the town, and then during the memorial service where the names of the dead were being read off, Biden fell asleep at the table.

In one video, Joe looks like he died and came back. It's the creepiest thing I ever saw.
