The first example is a yes lead but it took more time than usual due to a communication barrier. However much like anything if you are patient you will gain a lot of potentially fruitful information.
In example 3 take note on how despite it being a bad time for the seller I still get the question asked. This is because if the seller really did not have time they would have not answered the phone. If you can manage, always get the necessary information out of each answered call before you ALLOW the seller to hang up. Now that you know what a real call will sound like try calling some FSBO in your area today using your newly gained knowledge!
Remember always control the flow of each conversation!
