Baskin Robbins Cake Makers EXPOSE Brutal Working Conditions

Workers who make cakes for Baskin Robbins and Cold Stone are forced to work 12-14 hours/day, make 13+ cakes/minute & get 3 sick days/year. Workers say they’ve developed arthritis & been denied time off for cancer treatments. Now 100+ mainly immigrant Latina workers are on strike.

The workers make cakes for Jon Donaire Desserts—owned by Rich Products—which distributes to Baskin Robbins, Cold Stone Creamery, Safeway, and more. Rich Products raked in $4 billion in revenue in 2020.
