Why is Nikki scared?

Republicans are scared to touch the abortion debate for fear of losing moderates. Instead of supporting a nationwide complete abortion ban, they stay neutral by supporting a "15 week ban" or simply push it to the states to decide. If this were to come to fruition, blue states would continue to kill babies up until birth, under the watch of these potential leaders.
