Erik Hartman, the host of Dutch TV Boemerang, laughs at his guests who were severely injured by medical surgical procedures. He completely loses it! Especially when the guy who has the high voice says "if you have sex, it's not just the physical part that counts, the sweet talk is important too."

At this point he had to know he was getting fired as his laughter was out of control and he was the only one laughing.
