This tax loophole is potentially one that common people can use now. Four years ago, when it was just known to the wealthy and rarely used you didn't hear about it. But once common folk (upper middle class to lower upper class) learned to use this and many other loopholes, they want to all of a sudden claim ABUSE, and close the loopholes.
