The truth about prostitution in Deuteronomy 23:19

Do not offer the prostitution's wages to the Lord

God commanded us not to bring the gift of a prostitute or wages of a male prostitute to the house of the Lord. Prostitution was tolerated but not when it came to the tabernacle or temple.
