This job was carried out for a lovely elderly couple that were finding that the maintenance of the exterior of their house, was becoming too much to cope with. Black spot and white lichen taking over their patio, mould growing up their rendered walls! They needed some help!

The husband had tried to tackle the patio himself but found their little, electric domestic pressure washer had little effect. He also wanted to try and tackle the render by getting up on a ladder, but his wife had given him strict instructions not to, due to not being as steady on his feet and up a ladder as he once was. So they both decided to call me in instead. I quoted, they accepted, and this the process.
