Good Shot or Bad Shot? Does This Guy Deserve to Go to Jail?

Washington Gun Law President, William Kirk, armchair quarterbacks a recent case from San Francisco in which a loss prevention officer stopped, and ultimately shot and killed a shoplifter. What drew our attention was the news story which stated that the LPO would NOT be charged. However, when we had a chance to review the security video of the incident, it has us wondering, is this a good shot, a bad shot and does this guy deserve to go to jail? Tell us what you think so we can all arm ourselves with education today.
