My Favorite Pickle Recipe | Canning PICKLES with a STEAM CANNER

One of my favorite pickle recipes that I wanted to share with you. Years ago, I received this recipe from one of my husband's clients' grandmother. Since then, I've lost it. But I didn't lose the taste of it! So, I recreated it as much as possible. Learn all about it here.

OLD FASHIONED SWEET PICKLE RECIPE

9 cups sliced pickling cucumbers
1 large sweet onion, halved and thinly sliced
2 Bell Peppers, thinly sliced
1/4 cup canning salt
1 1/4 cup sugar
1 cup water
1 cup white vinegar
1/2 cup cider vinegar
1 teaspoon celery seed
1/2 teaspoon whole peppercorns
12 garlic cloves, crushed
