Why Ukrainian Drone attacks matter

This video talks about the war in Ukraine. Ukraine has been attacking Russia with drones, and it is having an effect. Ukrainian drone attacks happened in the Black sea, Moscow, and today at a military air field not far from St. Petersburg. They matter. I will explain why.
