Narcissists / toxic people and their fake apologies

Narcissistic and toxic people do not apologise.

What they do is, they say they are sorry for everything or whatever they did. That is not a true apology.

They are not being specific about what they are apologising for. Do not accept a “sorry” from a narcissist/toxic person or someone who has toxic traits who isn’t being specific about what they are apologising for.

Apologies without change is manipulation!
