344 Rugged Warrior Healing Coalition Part 1 – Ki Magee

The first thing one notices is the smile. It is genuine, yet inquisitive. The kind of smile that puts you at ease. Unusual for me, but I was a bit uneasy. Dr. Ki Magee was one of Gina Alderman’s long-time military friends. I wanted to be sure everything went well as we talked about the Rugged Warrior Healing Coalition Retreat starting on Thursday, May 18th, 2023.

As it turns out, my concerns were unfounded as we began to talk.

Dr. Magee enlisted in the Navy and then became an officer in the Medical Service Corps. Along the way, she met people who invested in her, including Gina Alderman, and she never stopped going after her goals. Her Navy career has had a lasting positive influence on her life. Getting out of the Navy, Ki never stopped looking at ways to gain knowledge and understanding and then share that through coaching.

At the Rugged Warrior Healing Coalition Retreat, Dr. Magee is a co-facilitator that will be coaching and supporting Gina. I appreciated how Gina’s investment in Ki has now come full circle.
