Elvis Presley was a known gun collector, so what better gift for the King during the bicentennial than a revolver loaded with patriotic pizzazz?

This Smith & Wesson Model 53 was made as a gift for the King and factory engraved by Smith & Wesson master engraver Russel Smith. Much of the original documentation still accompanies Elvis' revolver including the original order slip, photographs, and even Smith's pencil drawing which planned the proposed engraving and precious metal inlays.
