You will never meet the standard

Having this conversation with members of the team recently. Our team is striving to get better EVERY DAY. We will not stop. The process will never end. You’ll never be strong enough. You’ll never be fast enough. You’ll never be the protector you need to be.

With this mindset you will CRUSH those around you who believe there is an end state where they “made it”. There is nothing of the sort.
