⚜️ This is a glimpse at our Bravo Research Group proprietary hard skills assessment that we make agents go through as we bring them on to various security details within BRG. We like to make sure that the agents we are bringing on have the hard skills that they claim they have on their resumes.

Too often private security companies hire agents based on their years of experience in the industry without vetting their actual skills to be competent in the field.

At BRG we like to make sure that our agents can perform to standard then we test our agents quarterly or biannually depending on their assigned detail to ensure they are maintaining the necessary skills. Tests include local/federal law enforcement agency qualification courses along with military qualification courses and CCW pistol qualifications.
