China Has Reopened to Tourists, but Few Want to Travel There

The number of tourists visiting China is a small fraction of the figures reached before the coronavirus pandemic, despite the fact that the country fully opened to foreign visitors in March. Henry Ridgwell reports from London on why vacationers are reluctant to return.
