John Barilla is an O-Founder for ONPASSIVE. Last week, ONPASSIVE was sued by the S.E.C. for $108 Million and called a pyramid scheme. When I covered this, John was very upset! He has been with the company for ages and has wanted my attention for months! I thought if I ignored him, he would go away but we all know that never works...
