SFPD Trying to Take Credit for Good Samaritans Stopping Car Break-In That Cops Sat There and Watched

Being the corrupt Democrat sh*thole that San Francisco is, the SFPD is actually trying to take credit for good Samaritans who stopped a criminal thug breaking into an SUV and walking off with its contents while officers watched. They are actually trying to claim that officers just sitting there was a deterrence that led to his dropping the contents of the SUV as opposed to the the group of men who were charging at him. I kid you not on this.
