Grilled lamb shoulder in the oven moist and tender like butter with hadramout kabsa rice 🐏🐏
the components
1 tablespoon of onion powder
1 teaspoon of turmeric
1 tablespoon of paprika
Half a teaspoon of black pepper
1 teaspoon thyme
1 tablespoon of ketchup
2 tablespoons of yogurt
A quarter cup of oil
For every kilo, we add 1 teaspoon of salt
Correct spices
Shoulder or leg of lamb 🐏 🥩
10 grains of garlic
rice ingredients
3 cups of basmati rice
4 and a half cups of water
1 medium onion
3 grated carrots
A quarter cup of oil
Correct spices
Half a teaspoon of turmeric
1 teaspoon ground cardamom
1 and a half teaspoon of mixed spices
1 teaspoon garlic and mashed ginger
1 tablespoon of salt
Notes
Marinate the shoulder or thigh a day before for the best result of the taste
We wrap the shoulder with parchment paper and foil well, more than one layer. It is very important to avoid steam leakage and dryness of the meat
For every kilo of meat, you need an hour in the oven
After the cooking time is complete, leave the meat for 20 minutes before opening
Served with rice and with wellness 🍖🍖
