INGREDIENTS
2 boiled potatoes
1/2 cup sweet corn
1/2 cup blanched peas
1/2 cup blanched beans
1/2 cup sliced onion
1 cup diced cucumber
2tbs pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup mix peppers (optional)
Dressing
1/2 cup yogurt
1tbs mustard
1tbs honey
1tsp oregano
1tsp chilli flakes
Salt per taste
Chopped coriander .
Simple METHOD. :
