There is a lot of ignorance about the timing of the "Rapture" or "catching away" of the Church, but I noticed it's a false teaching that mainly has been believed by the American believers. So many people in the rest of the world don't adhere to this theology at all. And there's a good reason for that.

There is no scriptural basis for believing in a pre-tribulation rapture unless you don't understand what the tribulation is, that Jesus spoke about. Chapter 6 of Revelation will be tribulation, but not like the judgment and wrath of God.
